So I’ve always loved really small scones as opposed to the bigger ones usually sold in the grocery store. It literally took a lot less effort than expected and turned out great! I loved the added benefit of being able to control the amount of sugar in the recipe which, if I recall correctly was gotten from a youtube video. I whipped up some double cream and served it on the side with a dollop of St Dalfour strawberry jam (my fav). P.S. this was my first attempt at making scones.
